CAGES
Our 10,000+ square foot indoor training cages provide a controlled and versatile space for athletes to hone their skills, practice their swings, and improve their overall performance. Our facility has multiple hitting and pitching lanes equipped with all necessary equipment, pitching machine, and various training aids. In addition, we will have outdoor training cages for those good weather days in Texas with dirt pitching mounds, coming soon! Our cage nets can also fully roll back, allowing athletes ample room for infield training on a bad weather day.
Athletes can work on their batting technique, pitching accuracy, and fielding skills in a focused and uninterrupted setting. The enclosed nature of indoor training cages allows for year-round training, regardless of weather conditions, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted practice sessions. Whether for individual practice or team training, indoor training cages offer a space to refine skills, build muscle memory, and enhance overall athletic performance.
The availability of our professional coaches and trainers at our indoor facilities further adds value by providing expert guidance and feedback to help athletes reach their full potential.

1. Safety 1st: Always prioritize safety when using the batting cage. Follow all posted safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment, such as helmets and batting gloves.
2. One person at a time (excluding coach or trainer): Only one batter should be in the batting cage at any given time. This ensures that each person has ample space and reduces the risk of accidents or collisions.
3. Follow scheduled time: Be mindful of your time scheduled for the cage. Be respectful and avoid running over your time booked.
4. No outside food or drinks: To keep the batting cage area clean and safe, avoid bringing food or drinks inside. Spills or litter can create hazards for others. NO SEEDS, GUM OR TOBACCO
5. Use appropriate equipment: Only use approved bats, balls, and other equipment approved by the facility. NO METAL SPIKES
6. No horseplay: The batting cage area is for focused practice and training. Avoid engaging in horseplay, roughhousing, or any behavior that may endanger yourself or others.
7. Listen to instructions: Pay attention to any instructions or guidance provided by facility staff. They are there to ensure your safety and help you make the most of your batting practice.
8. Respect facility rules: Familiarize yourself with any specific rules or regulations set by the batting cage facility and adhere to them at all times. These rules are in place for the safety and enjoyment of everyone.
9. Clean up after yourself: Once you have finished your session, clean up any debris or equipment you used. Keep the batting cage area tidy and ready for the next user.
Remember, following these rules will not only ensure your safety but also contribute to a positive and enjoyable experience for all players using the batting cage.
